Foundries with large shaker conveyors and shake out systems have abrasion resistant shaker deck sections that need replacement from time to time.  Universal Welding manufactures replacement shaker decks to customer specifications.  We produce these in a variety of sizes and hole configurations, including tapered holes and slots and back-draft holes.  We use abrasion resistant plate such as AR400 or AR500.
